In 2025, I started a personal art project where I draw different subjects as fake, vintage 80’s/90’s anime VHS tapes. I design and illustrate the covers, and then I transform them into physical form (they all have working cassettes inside). I then leave the VHS tapes at randomly selected recycling centers in Finland for someone to find.

I drew the popular anime series “The Summer Hikaru Died” as 80’s/90’s style VHS tapes. I made two different versions. (2025)

I found old Tupperware “Zoo-it-yourself” toy animals at a thrift store and drew a fake anime VHS inspired by them. I call them Puppe, Rfan and Traffe = Pupperfantraffe. (2026)
